Allegria Village in Dearborn MI is looking for a full time Social Worker to join to join their Skilled Nursing team!
Pay: $27 hour
Looking for someone that has at least 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience (preferred)
Job responsibilities include:
- Care meetings
- Discharge planning
- New resident orientation
- Coordinate services
- Mental health services
